Confirmations and Deposits
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Your deposit is applied to the total cost of your service. Remaining balance must be paid with Apple Pay, Zelle, or card the day of your appointment. Please have APPLE PAY or Zelle already set up prior to your appointment.
Late Policy and Rescheduling
- Please use common courtesy and call or text if you will be running late.
- A $10 late fee will be applied if you are 10 minutes late.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit is forfeited... NO EXCEPTIONS.
- You are able to reschedule only once, atleast 48 hours before your appointment to avoid paying a new deposit ; You can reschedule through your confirmation link/email.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appt, you will be charged 50% of your remaining balance for your service due to late cancellation.
- Late cancellation fees are due by the end of the day of your scheduled appointment date. Failure to pay your cancellation fee on time will result in the cancellation of any upcoming appointments you have scheduled and the inability to book any future appointments until the full balance of your service total is paid.
- "No Call No Shows:" No future appointment. Deposit is non-refundable and you will be charged 100% of your service total.
Please do not bring kids or extra guests with you to your appointment without prior approval.
